I am pleased to announce that Grace
Church will again be blessed with an outstanding Assistant
Rector. The Rev. Peter M. Floyd from Nashville, Tennessee
has accepted my call to come to Grace.
Peter is a recent graduate of Nashota
House Theological Seminary in Wisconsin. Ordained Deacon on
June 21, 2008, Peter comes highly recommended and will bring
much to our parish life. Presently serving as a deacon
assistant at St. George’s Church in Nashville Peter plans to
be ordained priest this coming December or January.
Peter, his wife Jeneen and daughter Eden
will be at Grace Church for their first Sunday on September
28. We have arranged for the Floyds to live at 124 S.
Park (directly behind the rectory) until the new associate's
rectory is complete.
